In Need of Homes

We have many residents here at Woodlands Animal Sanctuary,
some of whom are in desperate need of loving homes.
Here are just some of them.

All cats and kittens adopted from here have been vet checked, tested to check
they do not have feline aids or leukemia, wormed, had at least their 1st vaccination,
been microchipped and leave with 1 months free insurance. Any cat over 5 months old
is spayed or neutered.

Molly and Charlie

Molly and Charlie's owner died and their
temporary carer's couldn't keep them.
They are a 7 years young Tortie spayed female and
a 3 year old Ginger neutered male who are best of friends
and would like a new forever home together.
They are not suitable to live with young children

Rosie and her Kittens

Rosie’s owners pretended that she wasn’t
their cat and dumped her at the Vet’s
with her tiny kittens.
She and her kittens are nearly ready to
go to caring decent owners who will give
them the love and secure future they deserve.

Mojo

Mojo found himself homeless when his owners marriage broke
down and he had nowhere to live. He is sweet natured, friendly and in good health. He will be microchipped and has had his 1st Vaccination.

Boris and Fiona

Boris and Fiona were brought here after their previous owner moved into rented accommodation. Boris and Fiona are approximately 5 years old and are desperately unhappy in a cattery situation. They are suitable for anyone with a quiet home with no other pets or young children.

Simba, Kitty and Bubbles

Simba, Kitty and Bubbles were handed into Woodlands after their owner was unwell, they were badly matted and required veterinary attention but have now recovered.
All very sweet natured but terrified
of cattery life, they desperately need a second chance.

Baloo and Ella

Baloo and Ella were also
cruelly abandoned by their former owner, they are sweet natured and have beauiful coats that will need regular attention.
They would like to stay together, can you help ?

Whispa

Whispa was brought back to the Sanctuary after 4 years because
her owner wanted to visit her daughter and said she couldn't
afford cattery bills. She is now 6 years old, fully vaccinated,
spayed and micro chipped.
She is friendly, but isn't used to children or other pets.

Gizmo

Gizmo was handed in by his owners parents. who would not look after him anymore on her behalf. He hates cattery life, and is desperate for his forever home. Unfortunately this had made him very bad tempered when he meets his perspective carers. Gizmo is not suitable to live with children or cats and dogs. Can you help?

Sooty

Sooty has been at the Sanctuary for over a year now. He was homeless and tried to evict the home owners cat that took pity on him. Although we allow Sooty to go out during the day he still craves a forever home.
He is not suitable to live with children or other pets.

Hazel and Fiver

Hazel and Fiver were cruelly abandoned in the worst of the winter weather, now in good health, spayed/neutered and vaccinated,
they are now ready to go to their forever home.

Adorable Guinea pigs.

We have a number of guinea pigs looking for new homes including the breed known as "Teddy's"
All our guinea pigs are health checked and the males neutered, they are very social and should be kept in a minimum of pairs with a large secure warm hutch and an outside run.
